O really love the location! Everything is walkable. I feel very safe walking around. The room was super comfy. The two Venezuelan ladies that work there are super friendly and very welcoming. The chef too! I love that the building is like the movies (old) but when you open the room door is modern and has everything that you need. I recommend it.

Staff was really great. My experience comes from room S. The place is a little loud as you can hear people in the hallways especially during breakfast, outside is loud too but that’s to be expected with the location so that wasn’t really an issue. Furniture was dated and the room didn’t smell great but I did really like the bathroom especially the shower. If you’re just in Rome on a budget to go sightseeing I would recommend it, I walked to the Colosseum, the Vatican, Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps… all over the city and didn’t need a cab unless I was going to and from the airport. But if you want to do Rome in luxury and can afford it in such an expensive city, maybe not your place. I probably wouldn’t stay here again but I didn’t have a bad experience, it just was a place that served its purpose. Next time I’ll spend a little more but it does seem that in Rome this is probably the best you can get for the location and price.

Location was perfect. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Bathroom needs updating . There is mold on walls and also very dirty. Breakfast starts at 8:00 am. So if you have an early flight, you get no breakfast. The building entrance is also in poor condition. The only positive was the location.

The place is gorgeous and it was in fact clean. The breakfast options were great. Staff was polite. However, its a bit tricky to get inside and the staff should notify us how to enter. Although the main entrance was open, there is no visible reception. No one to help. Reception is on floor 1, not main level. Although we knocked a few times, no one responded. We waited 2 hrs outside until a guest helped us contact reception. That is the only upsetting thing as we waited 2 hours of which we could've been touring around. I still recommend though.

At first, you see the vintage doors iand elevator, which we found so quaint. Then you check in and your rooms are nice, modern, and spacious, above all that, the view was perfect. One of the rooms we had had a balcony and we could not be happier.

Nice old building with old fashioned lift. Secure entry using electronic key fob. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable and shower was good. Room was also air conditioned which gave you a break from 30+ degrees outside. Room had a valuables safe but it wasn't secured to anything so you could carry it out of room! Handy tabacchi a few doors away where you could purchase bus tickets. Walking distance from Pantheon. 10 minute bus ride from Colosseum. Breakfast was basic but enough to keep you going for a while. You could also keep your bags there after checkout if you had later flight. I would recommend and would stay again.

The property is not a regular hotel- they have suites inside s building on the 2nd floor. Breakfast was horrible, building was very dirty and the room was super small. The smell coming from the bathroom was terrible. They said 24h prior my arrival if we were to arrive after 8pm- they would charge Adirondack 50 euros to have someone there to open the door for is. The noise from the street is super loud. Could not sleep! The staff is polite, buddies place is a trap!

Location location location, hotel is Roma center you can walk to main attractions, lots of restaurants and stores options close by. Good rooms, good AC and great breakfast!. Great staff, the Venezuelan girl at the front desk is awesome, very knowledgeable and willing to help. We had a great time!!!
