Good location but not very clean

Parione Charme is situated near Piazza Navona in the heart of Rome. You can visit a lot of sights within walking distance. The appartment is rather dark (small windows). A spiral staircase connects the entrance door to the apartment. If you are taller than 180, you have to bend down at the kitchen door. The most necessary equipment is there, though I have seen more lovingly furnished apartments. In spite of the fact that we had to pay extra for the cleaning service, dust was coming out from under the bed. The shower was covered with mould. There was no reaction from the my extra home office, when I suggested some extra cleaning.

Great location but horrible service - avoid!

Let's start with the few good things: - Location is 100% perfect, you can walk to most major Rome sights (Pantheon, Trevi, Vatican, Spanish steps). You only need to take a bus to see the roman ruins & Colosseum. - The host was accomodating to early check-in & late check-out requests. This is the ONLY reason I'm not giving this place 1 star Now, on to the myriad problems: - Communication is abysmal. You can whatsapp them but it sometimes took a DAY to get an answer - There were no actual blankets in the apartment, only sheets to cover yourself with. It took me three requests for someone to actually come over and provide them - No dishwashing liquid! After asking, they still did not provide as they thought I would buy some myself. Note - sponge was included, there's no logic to this - No extra garbage bags - No cutting knives, despite a fully stocked kitchen with pots & pans. After requesting, they did not deliver any Overall, I will be avoiding any MyExtraHome managed properties in the future. Absolutely horrendous service

Mejorable
