Thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay at Belsiana House. The hosts were friendly and helpful and offered to be reached anytime for anything we needed. The surrounding area is amazing, located in the heart of central Rome near tons of shopping and tons of attractions. You can walk 15-20 minutes in any direction and wind up a famous historic site and for the best pasta ever, all you had to do was walk outside of the hotel door. Loved this hotel!

This is a great little guest house. The location is so convenient and if you like to dine or shop this is the place for you. The room was spacious and very clean. It’s not a resort with a huge amount of amenities so if your looking for something small and comfortable this is the place for you.

I had a GREAT stay. Wonderful and attentive check-in with excellent communication throughout. Room was very comfortable and of a good size as a single traveler. Location is fantastic. Convenient and in the middle of great restaurants/ bars and attractions. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

Loved our stay at Belsiana House! The location is ideal with lots of shops and restaurants within steps. There was a good bakery just around the corner that had amazing pastries and cappuccinos. The woman checking us in etc was extremely friendly and helpful. They also provide recommendations for authentic restaurants that aren’t tourists traps. I would definitely stay here again if I ever make it back to Rome!

This is in the best area of Rome in my opinion. It is a very basic hotel room and it met our needs. But its not really a hotel experience if that is what you are looking for. It is a nice/clean room in a great location.

We enjoyed our stay at the Belsiana house! We experienced a warm welcome, friendly staff throughout our stay, and an exceptionally clean unit. We were surprised with the location; moments away from the Spanish Steps and surrounded by great restaurants and shopping. I would definitely recommend staying at Belsiana House!

We expected an older facility, but we did not expect an uncomfortable one….beds extremely low to floor (like kid beds) were as bouncy as a trampoline, the AC unit (mini-split) was impossible to regulate at night, and the morning that we left for the airport, there was NO HOT WATER for showers! Would NEVER stay here again. For the amount we paid per night, would be much more comfortable in an actual hotel….

This hotel is in the heart of Rome. Steps away from the Spanish steps, metro station. Lots of shopping and dining choices as well. The room is spacious, clean and i particularly loved that there is a tone of closet space. The airline lost our luggage. BELSIANA HOUSE was super helpful and calling them for us. My daughter and I loved this guest house. Will definitely be back.
