It was ok nothing at all special the tiny elevator barely fit my wife and I and the 2 suitcases , ancient elevator . Room was nothing special but it was close to the train station within a 19 minute walk so it was convenient . There was no reception no staff the entire stay so you are basically on your own seems like it is a self serve situation. Would I stay again ? No

This property is located approx. 5min walk from the Termini. The Colosseum, Spanish Steps & Trevi fountain are all around 15min walk, whilst Vatican City is a short train ride away when getting on at Republica station. Someone from Proja Housing (group that owns the rooms) was in contact prior to our arrival and I had noted we would be arriving early in the morning and could we store our bags - no issue with storing bags as the lovely Jen had our room ready when we arrived so we got early checkin. The room was spacious and spotless with house keeping completed every day! The room had a spacious bathroom as well as a jacuzzi bath in the room. The complimentary bottle of wine was a nice added touch. Would 100% recommend this accommodation as it is budget friendly, centrally located and immaculately cleaned!

This was the worst stay i have ever had. If i can caution you it would be do not risk your trip and stay at this location. There may be good reviews, but i fell for that as well. Disgusting rooms, horrible cleanliness. (Bed bugs were littering the beds). The staff is LAUGHABLE, they do not exist. and if you do see them they will do everything in their power to ruin your visit. It is disappointing that a place like this can be seen as a good place to stay in 2025. If you forget anything, they will keep it and lie to you about having it. Hilarious that this is still listed on expedia.

I stayed in four hotels in Rome and this was my absolute favourite. Check-in was done online (straightforward) and we didn't meet anyone working there. Note that if you're arriving late at night it might be cumbersome checking in because you can't really speak to anyone after 7pm. My highlight was the fact that there's a hot-tub in the room.

Great find! Conveniently located near the train station, while not feeling like it was right next to the train. Smaller space, but perfectly updated with lovely modern amenities. Clear check in instructions for after hours, and great communication through some flight delays on our end. Perfect spot from which to explore Rome!

First of all, the check-in was a breeze. The young lady who welcomed us was very nice, quick, and efficient. The place was immaculate, cozy, and soundproof. Walkable to many interesting points and restaurants. I would recommend it and stay there again.

Great stay!

Hotel was lovely and in a beautiful area of the city while still being accessible to the train station. I would totally stay here again. The only thing I would note is that I would rather have a couch than a jacuzzi tub in the room.

Great stay

Very good location, safe neighbourhood, very clean and friendly staff. Nice view from the window and renovated premises. Slow and outdated lift, the shower was separate to the toilet and you felt exposed in the room.

Excellent hotel

Great location easy to walk to Termini train station and sightseen. The housekeeper paid attention to details. Also she alerted us of a public transportation strike. The receptionist was very helful and also gave us directions and restaurants information.
