Det var vÀldigt krÄngligt och fÄ kontakt med ansvarig för bokningen bÄde checka in och hur man fÄr tillgÄng till Rummet. Det fanns inte enda krok i badrummet för hÀnga upp handdukar. Det var en missljud som kom o gick medan man lÄg o sov vilket var vÀldigt irriterande. Tog upp det med bokningsansvarig men inget gjordes Ät det. Sov pga det vÀldigt dÄligt. DÀrmed var det inte alls prisvÀrt.

Horribelt incheckningssystem

VĂ€ldigt mycket problem att fĂ„ Ă„tkomst till sjĂ€lvincheckningen. Vi behövde kontakta hotels.com’s kundtjĂ€nst och hyresvĂ€rden vid tvĂ„ tillfĂ€llen; först för att fĂ„ lĂ€nken till sjĂ€lvincheckningen och sedan för att fĂ„ vĂ„ra uppgifter godkĂ€nda av hyresvĂ€rden. VĂ„ra uppgifter var fortfarande inte godkĂ€nda och hyresvĂ€rden var inte nĂ„bar pĂ„ telefon cirka 3 timmar innan incheckning. Allt var alltsĂ„ inte klart frĂ„n hyresvĂ€rdens hĂ„ll pĂ„ incheckningsdagen. Vi behövde Ă€ven kontakta hyresvĂ€rden ytterligare en gĂ„ng vĂ€l framme vid hotellet dĂ„ dörrautomatiken inte fungerade. Rummet var fint och frĂ€scht men all oro kopplad till incheckningen var inte vĂ€rt det! Wifi fungerade inte heller och room-service knackade pĂ„ och stressade oss 30 minuter innan utcheckning och kunde inte engelska.
