We enjoyed and comfortable 2 night stay while in Rome. The property is a short walk from the Metro Station and taxi fare to FCO is €55 flat rate. This is a 3 minute walk to the Vatican Museums. The property manager is fantastic - pleasant and very helpful. This was the most comfortable bed we had throughout our time in Italy. Thank you for a great stay.

The located on the third floor, there is an elevator for your luggage. It is perfectly clean, very friendly and very helpful. The proprietor was excellextremely helpful in giving us directions around Italy and calling us a cab for the wee hours of the morning. It is extremely close to the Vatican. We loved it!

Noisy street, the shower was not situated properly and was flooding the bathroom area. We saw mold around the tub. The hotel did not have a key card to enter so you have to carry almost 6-7 keys with you all the time to enter the property. The manager was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a map and explained how to get around the city. Location was very near the vatican, almost 10 mins.

Perfect stay!

Great stay! The manager was amazing so accommodating and helpful. Check in was super fast and access in and out of the building was secure but straight forward. The rooms were a little smaller than I expected from the pictures but we really didn’t spend that much time there anyway, cleaned every day with fresh towels and the window shutters were great for keeping the early morning sunlight out. Only one thing to mention would be the bath must have a leak as every time we used it it would flood the bathroom, so just something to be looked at, otherwise it was the perfect stay!

This property is a little different as it is located on the third floor of an old building. When I got there the door was locked and it took some of the other residents to get me into the lobby and find someone associated with the hotel. Once inside it's like a different building, fine finishes and comfortable amenities. The highlight was Joseph, who made me breakfast and told me the best ways to get around town and the best things to see. He is very informative and makes a great cup of coffee. The best travel guide in town. I picked this property because of location and it looked like a nice place and it didn't disappoint. Everything I wanted to see on this trip was within walking distance or subway ( which is close by ) and there are great restaurants and gelato shops at the front door. I enjoyed this property and this city and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Very bad beds I was sleeping on the springs my back kept hurting me and then they moved us to another room, one of the 7 nights they forgot to clean the room by the way they are only 6 rooms and breakfast is 7 to 10 wasn't ready till 8 !!

Moved to other property due to plumbing issue

We had reservations and there was a plumbing issue with our room upon arrival. We were moved to another property that the owners were affiliated with "Caesers Rooms". This was a very subpar room that was not very clean, no toiletries and the bed spring was coming through the mattress. The shower was so small and dirty. Overall we were glad to have a room as we understand issues arise and the management paid for our airport commute to compensate.
