Close to main train station. Lots of places to eat nearby. Beautiful park just at the end of street. Host very professional. Subway stop within 5 minutes. Good breakfast. Would go back.

Good location, good perks.

Federica was a superhost! The location was great. Breakfasts were good -- a mix of sweets and savories. I recommend the pensioners highly. And it was reasonably priced.

The service was excellent. We needed to get to a tour early in the morning and they served us breakfast 2 hours before their normal starting breakfast time. How nice was that!

Very nice place and we were well treated by Farhad when we arrived pretty early and way before check in time. He fed us a quick coffee and pastry and then let us store our stuff while we wandered Rome for awhile before the room was made up. Good, clean and great service. Thanks.

Federica looked after us very well. She was very helpful, served breakfast and gave advice about sightseeing. She also arranged a private taxi to return us to Ciampino airport. She was always calm and friendly and I would definitely recommend staying there.

Great!

Room was clean, a/c worked well, nice shower. Room was cleaned daily. Breakfast was simple, but very good. Staff was friendly and very accommodating. Neighborhood is not the greatest, but it is within walking distance to a lot of attractions and restaurants. There are also two grocery stores close by. If we ever go back to Rome, we will stay here again!

Nice B&B close to the station

We arrived earlier than check in but our room was ready for us which was great! Frederica was so helpful - giving us a free map and showing us directions to all the major sites. She also gave us recommendations for restaurants and the local restaurant opposite the B&B was great. Breakfast was really nice, especially the freshly ground coffee and the pastries.

Great for First time travelers

We stayed here in July. It was our first time in Italy. They have English speaking guest service. Very helpful and friendly!! Plane arrived at 10pm and we got lost, but because we had emailed our expected arrival time the staff stayed for us. We arrived at 1am and someone was there to greet us with a smile, cold beverages, and midnight snacks!! It was during the record breaking heat wave and it was great to have a hotel with a working AC. Beds & bathroom were comfy, clean, no stains. Few of the previous reviews complained the breakfast was not great, but I think it was very Italian (bread, cheese, eggs, fruits, yogurt, martadella, pastries...). As Americans we are use to everything super sized, so I will say the breakfast area is set in a small hallway area but who cares, everything else was great! Plus we were provided a map with all the recommended sites to see. Overall, our first hotel experience in Europe was great because of the service we got at this hotel. We had to have a 6am check out and the hotel keeper, she was very kind to accommodate us. Negative: hotel is a little hard to find, even on a map. It's hidden within another building.

We loved staying here

We loved staying here. The room was clean and had plenty of room. Fredrica was so helpful and hospitable. The breakfast was great and she was willing to change the time for us. We'd love to stay here again. Really close if you want to walk to the colosseum, less then 10min. But we walked everywhere else too. Definitely recommend fredrica's.

Better than any 4 Star hotel I've ever stayed at

My stay was phenomenal, not only was the room perfect and very home feeling, but Federica was absolutely amazing. She catered to every need possible. She filled out a map highlighting where i should go and how to get there, she kept my room cold while i was away, she served breakfast and was seriously amazing from check in to check out. Would stay here every chance i could in Rome

Great place!

This hotel was so cute and we loved it. It was a little hard to find but a guy from the hotel walked over to the Termini station and walked us over. Once we knew where it was it was super easy to navigate. The service at this hotel was amazing! It's an older building but the room we got was completely modern and the shower was so good. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was good. Great place to stay and would recommend to family and friends.

Incredible Service

Federica's Home is a fantastic place to stay for the price. The hotel contacted me as soon as I made the reservation and the concierge was waiting for us upon arrival even though we were quite late due to the airline. Additionally, even though we had to leave early the next morning to catch a train, the concierge prepared a breakfast for us. Incredible service. I would definitely stay again and would recommend to others.

Excellent!

Excellent B&B! Federica is very nice and an excellent host. Building and room very nice and clean. Breakfast is good. Great authentic nepalese food across the street at an amazing price. Good indian place down the street also. Was disappointed with the pasta and pizza around. Close to train station, and metro is at the corner of the block so easy access to the reat of rome. We walked to the colusseum. Would absolutely stay again!!

my personal note on this hotel.

hotel manager was very nice, she saved our luggage a few hours before the check-in and after check out. hotel is located near the metro (3 min. walk) and one station away from the central bus station in Termini. rooms are very clean, very nice shower for couples... very private and small like a guest house. with a basic normal breakfast. value for money 4.7/5.
