The BnB was very nice Only stayed 2 nights Close to restaurants and they gave you free breakfast card but we had to leave to early to use and one was a Sunday which opened even later😔 The only reason we didn’t give it a five Star was we would have liked instructions on AC control. However they did text instructions so we finally got it!

The B&B was wonderful! There are 4 rooms each with private bathrooms. We never heard anyone else there. Bori was very helpful with local places to eat and sites locals like to visit away from tourists. The views from the room were enchanting. I would stay here again!

Our host Bori was fantastic, she had all the info, apps, details that we needed, super friendly. Location was away from the craziness of Rome proper, a few blocks from metro, bus stop and from major shopping area. Great food near by. Apartment was spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

We loved the location which was easily accessible to all the main attractions but slightly removed from bustle of the inner city. The host (Elana) was exceptionally helpful and accomodating. Homely B&B close to the Vatican.

Located very close to Vatican, less than 10 min walk. The B&B has a homely feel to it. One big table for breakfast where people can have a chat. The landlady provided us with great information about visiting Rome and gave us the best way to go there from the airport.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff

We just had a stop over for one night. The hotel is lovely, room was very spacious and clean. Could not fault it in any way. Staff on reception were extremely polite and helpful as were the staff in the bar where we had a light meal. The only disappointment was the breakfast which is overpriced.

B & B with an intimate feel

Brilliant host, Emilio made us feel so welcome, even after horrendous delays meant we did not get there until 3.25am. Continental breakfast, with a personal touch regarding what pastries we liked and freshly made cappachinos all given by the host who joined us for breakfast. He offered any advice or tips to make our stay special, thank you.

Excellent B&B and great location

Excellent bed & breakfast. Owners contacted us immediately after arranging the booking to offer help with plans etc. Very warm welcome by Emiliano on arrival. B&B consists of 3 ensuite rooms and kitchen area which is used for breakfast. Everywhere is very clean and spacious. Emiliano has breakfast ready when requested, going out to the bakers for fresh pastries if desired. The breakfast is Italian in that it consists of pastries, cakes, bread and jam, fruit juice, yogurt etc and endless coffee or tea which he makes. The location is perfect being a short walk to the Vatican and into the centre of Rome. Several restaurants in the area. Cannot fault the B&B in any way at all and the bedroom and ensuite were far more spacious than many of the hotels we have stayed in.
