The hotel is at the prime location but has no elevator so you have to carry your luggages up & down narrow & steep stairs. Room is a bit outdated but clean & spacious. Overall we had a decent stay.

I was a little worried to how the check in is going to work but just tell them your arriving time and they will be there. I was going to take the train to the city but the taxi was only €55 fix rate from the airport. The hotel was cute, clean and quiet. Walking distance to everywhere. Water, coffee and tea was available in your room everyday. We would definitely come back here!!

the location is great ,,, out the right in the spanish steps and to the right down the street was a taxi stand... the rooms are standard and a little small but clean. daily maid service but keep in mind these are rooms with no real amenities! if you have a problem with stairs this is not for you is there is no help with luggage and they need more railings that go all the way up! again for the younger crowd on a budget this is fine

As soon as our plane landed, I received a call stating this hotel was not “accessible” for us and we would need to stay in one of their other properties. Not the greatest start. No elevator for heavy suitcases, the property we were diverted to (Max Ripetta Rooms) was ok, but honestly nothing to write home about.

We entered through what looked like a fortress door. Went through a dank cement area—looked like a ghetto. Extremely steep, long flight of steps. No elevator. Cracked my suitcase leaving as it got away from me and barreled down the stairs narrowly missing my son-in-law. The place looked NOTHING like it was advertised. TOTALLY CATFISHED! It was musty and depressing. We had spent all day traveling from Capri via boat and train and we were exhausted. Arrived there about 8:30 pm and immediately started searching for another hotel. Finally found one and checked into the new hotel the next day. Had to spend an additional $1,500 for the new hotel. I will be contacting Hotels.com and my charge card company seeking a refund. This “hotel” was more like a prison.

This was a last minute splurge in Rome, so convenient and perfect locale for work and meetups. Comfortable, spacious room. Very quiet, Marco was lovely, easy checkin and ease of checkout. Glad to know it’s there, will recommend to friends.
