It should have been made clear that this is an air b & b type of setup not a hotel. We had trouble finding it. A picture of the front of the building showing it’s not a hotel and which apartment button you push would have been helpful. We’re 2 seniors and had to drag all our luggage for a 2 week cruise up a flight of stairs because the elevator doesn’t go to the ground floor. Breakfast is not on sight but at a restaurant a few blocks away. Although the room itself was fine I feel I was misled.

I booked a 4 night stay, I messaged to say I would arrive around 8pm and a lovely gentleman was there to greet me with very clear instructions on checkout and use of the room. The room itself is within a large building but extremely secure. It was immaculately clean, a very large and really comfortable bed. Lovely large shower. The location was great, 5 mins from the main train station, a 15/20 mins walk to the Colosseum and other attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within 5 mins walk. Overall a fantastic experience and would 100% recommend

The toilet is not clean. Poop stain when i arrived still visible. Only 1 tissue paper for days of stay. They say they have room cleaners but with my whole stay nobody clean or change towels. Breakfast is also not good. You need to go to a cafe nearby and eat standing up in the counter. Only good thing is that it is close to Termini station but it is very loud at night

This property is more spacious than I anticipated. It is really close to Termini. Single woman traveling alone, I wouldn’t recommend hanging around the neighborhood after 9pm. Lots of dining options and choices.
