Escroquerie. Fuyez

Réservation effectuée et reglee par CB. Aucune nouvelle de l établissement. Nous avons contacté a plusieurs reprises le numéro de téléphone indiqué et la personne nous demandait de contacter Maria? Le jour ou nous devions arriver a l hébergement on nous informe que le logement n est pas disponible. Nous avons dû retrouver en urgence un hébergement pour 2 nuits que nous avons payé le double de l Aroma (G20 a Rome) et aujourd'hui nous ne sommes toujours pas remboursé de l Aroma (CB débitée et pas de remboursement ). Une honte !!en bref fuyez aussi bien cet hébergement que le site Hôtels.com
