Was a beautiful stay Julia greeted us very warmly and was exceptional. Only problem was billing . Julia gave us 4 breakfast vouchers which we used but we're then billed for $40. Which we have asked to be refunded to us. Would appreciate your helping us to get our refund as we did not ask for these vouchers. I was not feeling well and we arrived early and paid extra for early room admitance. STaff was exceptional except for the billing.

Nice and close to airport

Location: There really is nothing to do around the hotel, but we took a cab to the town and walked around the beaches
We stayed here one night after our Mediterranean cruise because we couldn’t make our flight in time after getting off the ship. It was very relaxing and there is a free shuttle to the airport that runs every 15 minutes. They stowed our luggage until we could check in and everyone there was very pleasant.

Horrible

Our room that had the following issues: Hallway and Bedroom that smelled like Cat Urine - Outlets by the bedside were not working - TV was not working-Alarm clock is not working-Wi-Fi was not working so after dealing with the engineering department at midnight, I as we go to a different room. New room still smelled odor of Cat Urine, and the following problems for this room were: Mini Bar fridge was rattling and shaking, so my husband had to pull the plug out of the wall to stop the rattling sound and air conditioning was not working properly, and made a very sharp whistling sound when turned on, so my husband turned it off so we can sleep. We slept with no air-conditioning. Management and Director of Ops doesn't care. They already have your money and won't refund you. So if you are trying to get some rest before a long flight - DO NOT STAY HERE.

Convenient to the airport

We arrived from our cruise and arrived early before check in. They made us wait 4 hours before they said a room was available while others walked right in and got a room. We were a bit irritated by this fact as we were exhausted.

Pros: Not much.Best Western was better It was not the Hilton we're used to.
Cons: The room Dining room improvements

The hotel is a long shuttle ride from the airport

Pros: Clean and neat.
Location: Remote from everything. No place to eat other than the hotel itself.
The hotel is pleasant enough but much less convenient to the airport than the regular Hilton.

Great airport hotel

This hotel is located very close to the airport. It's very clean and the staff was really friendly. We had good luck with the shuttle - we never had to wait long. The bed was trying to be comfortable - it had a button to adjust firmness but I think it was broken. The mattress had no support at all and it was a pretty uncomfortable sleep. Overall I'd stay here again but only if I needed to be by the airport for an early flight.
