Weekend trip

On a recent visit to Oklahoma, we decided to stay over in St. Robert. We made the reservation while driving. The room was nice and clean. The hotel looks newly renovated and the staff was pleasant and responded well to a problem we had with hot water for showers in the morning. Breakfast was typical but the woman in charge spoke to nearly everyone in the dining area during our breakfast

My stay was very uncomfortable because the aadvertising said that we would get a suite and when we got our room @ 3pm instead @ 11am , it was not a st

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants
Cons: room too small, need more room to sleep, the staff should treat all customers the same, all race should be treated the same
The receoption that we got when we got there was not welcoming. Also the room was not ready @ 3pm, we had to rent at the Red Roof when we got ther @ 3am because there were no rooms available, and at that timje we were told to come back @ 11am. We need an extera bed but they said due to fire regulations they could not accomodate us and my granddaughter sleopt on the floor. For the money that I paid we didnt hv a refrigerator like @ Red Roof Inn. It was so crowded in the room. I hope that nxt time if there is a next time Marriot will improve in service and accommodations. I sincerely thought that the Marriott was like better than the Holiday Inn or Red Roof, but i found out wrong. Im just being honest. we were 4 adults and 1 teenager and 1 baby.

Extremely clean, courteous and Friendly. Comfy bed.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, super clean and conveniently located.
After an awefull flight experiance on United Airlines, our stay at the Fairfield Inn in St. Robert was the highlight of our trip to Misourri. We were in town for a graduation at Ft. Leonard Wood which is conveniently located right across the freeway and down the street from the hotel. Ron, the manager on duty was so polite and accomodating and our room was so clean. Better value hotel experience than we would have gotten in our own home state of California. Thanks so much for giving us a warm welcoming room to stay in. And the Continental Breakfast was great!

AIT Graduation

We were here for two nights for AIT Graduation. Hotel accommodations were wonderful. Very clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Staff was exceptional. Friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Not a big breakfast choice, but still very good. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Boot camp graduation

Had a good time at this location. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food bar was excelent and had a great variety. The only problem we had was internet access was a little messed up but the staff helped with that as well. Thanks for making this a great visit.

Excellent hotel

We stayed here when my son graduated from Ft Leonard Wood. It's close to the Army base, extremely clean, very pleasant staff, maintenance was very quick to fix any problems, breakfast was better than most continental styles. Beds were comfortable, pool had a little too much chlorine. We plan on staying there for his next graduation.

A very nice stay

My husband, son, and I had business at Ft. Leonard Wood, so from among the many hotels, we chose the Fairfield based on the cost/amenities. We found the rooms to be VERY clean/comfortable, the baths VERY large, and the breakfast buffet VERY nice with lots of choices. The staff was kind and helpful. I would suggest the hotel provide info on local/area attractions.
