The internet was out because of a storm, no fault of the property and the desk clerk was a little cranky at first but I'm sure she was frustrated with the internet too but she warmed up and later in the evening she was quite pleasant

Would stay here again!

The staff were SUPER friendly. It is not a Hilton nor Marriott, so I'm basing my review already knowing that. It is less expensive but a great stay for the price! The room was clean EXCEPT for the desk chair. There was visible dirt on it. The walkways were mostly shoveled (there was a huge snowstorm two days ago) but the parking lot could have been plowed better. There is not much to the free breakfast but hey, it's included in the price. Did I say the staff were great? I want the shower head at my place. I wanted to stay in the shower. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.

I have no complaints. The room was clean, quiet, and nicely sized. The bathroom looked to be recently remodeled. The attendant at check-in was couteous and pleasant. All in all, the accomodation was comparable to other good hotels in this class and the rate was a little less.
