Stalker manager!

All was good at this hotel EXCEPT we travel with a service animal for my husband and the manager actually came to my room and accused me of leaving our dog in the room by himself. My husband was in the room the whole time with our dog. This made us very uncomfortable like we were being watched as we left so she could scold us for breaking the rules. Very creepy!!

The stay at the hotel was perfect for the occasion. The hotel and surrounding area was clean and located near the main restaurants and installation. The morning breakfast was just enough to carry us throughout the day. The staff was friendly and caring to our needs. Great job!

This was a great location for us relative to our son who is stationed at Fort Leonard Wood. Eco-friendly. Courteous, attentive desk manager and housekeeping. Breakfast was well stocked.

The AC vent had a smell coming out of it and was irritating to my nose. It triggered my allergies all night. It was like dust or something was coming out of the vents and floating in the air. They were not visible but tickles the nose. Other than that it was fine. Thankyou.

Poor accommodations

We booked a room with 2 queen beds because there were 4 of us. When we arrived at the hotel, the man at the desk gave us room keys and then took them Back and said that he gave us the wrong ones and then swapped us for different ones. When we got into the room, there was only one King bed. 2 of us had to sleep on the door because there wasn’t even a couch in the room. I have a bad back and now I’m in excruciating pain. Extremely disappointed! We need our money back!

The pillows were uncomfortable and collapsed easily when laying on them, but otherwise a good, comfortable, convenient experience over all. Would stay here again but will bring my own pillows.
