Very unprofessional front desk upon checking in. I had requested a more suitable room for my long stay and was told they can’t upgrade the room because I book third party. I stayed 6 day and check out early and they refused to support my refund request.

okay for the $. Staff was friendly, Hot breakfast was good, beds were comfy. Shower was nice and hot. The room itself... The lamp had rust on the base by the switches, and when I went to adjust the heater, the entire front fell off. Also the TV was damaged, and when I mentioned this at check-out they already knew, but gave us that room anyways. They said the couldn't give me my receipt because I booked through a third party...I have NEVER had issue with this before. I probably won't stay again, there's lots of other options in that area.

Nice clean, large room. Very comfortable bed, large TV, refrig & microwave. Staff was very friendly & helpful. The lobby area is very inviting with an open concept. Breakfast (eggs & sausage) was hot and tasty. Plenty of other items too choose from as well. This is always my "go to" place on my annual trip to AZ.

The room was small snd tight. There was no TV remote and the phone in the room to call the frontdesk didn't work. We accidentally left an expensive piece of medical equipment in the room when we checked out and of course the housekeeper didn’t turn it in. Doesn’t anyone have integrity and honesty anymore? Needless to say, this motel won't be getting our business anymore.
