Couldn't sleep through the five-night stay, people staying in rooms near me were way too loud and didn't seem to care. Walls were very thin, and rooms had a lot of echoes. At the end of the stay noticed lots of stains on the comforter.

Friendly but very loud!

While the staff was extremely friendly the hotel was not great. They are undergoing renovations and I am sure it will be great when done but right now it was a mess inside and out! The room was mostly clean minus some dead bugs in the floor. The worst part was the extremely thin walls to the room. Our neighbors arrived around midnight just next to us and as they were talking and moving in it sounded as if they were right in our room! The car noises outside were also loud. You could even hear the radios playing. This made for a bit of a sleepless night!

Non functional room

Our room had a non-functioning TV, telephone, and refrigerator. They moved us to a new room which had a non-functioning heater. And then they refused to refund any money because we booked through hotels.com and not directly with Quality Inn.
