New condo - Awesome view down the channel

This one-bedroom condo is located on the first floor of the Kontiki Beach Resort building. There is a queen sized bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living area. The dining table seats four and the kitchen has all full-sized amenities. The bathroom has a walk-in, handicapped accessible shower. All your needs, linens, towels, toiletries, etc. can be found in the condo,
Kontiki Beach Resort features an 800-foot fishing pier located around the boat ramp and to the left of the bayfront condominium complex. It is available for your fishing needs or use it to take a stroll to view the bay. There is an adjoined fishing bridge between the Kontiki Beach Resort building and the condos behind it. Walk by to fish, socialize, bring your boat and take it out to Aransas Bay. It is located at the end of the building.  There are fish cutting stations on the piers, as well as a fish cleaning stand behind the corner office at Kontiki Beach Resort. There are barbecue grills for outdoor cooking.
