Plenty of room for the whole family. Rooms and bathrooms were split between 3 floors which allowed for plenty of privacy. The house was spacious and perfect for a family gathering right on the water. We took our kayaks and spent lots of time exploring and fishing. We would definitely stay here again.

Great for pets and kids as the property in 100% fenced.100's of ft. of fishing. 10 rods out and no issues. The large main floor makes it great for kids and adults. Everyone loved the pool table. Lots of garage space to store fishing stuff, chairs, etc. Host is very very responsive to questions, etc. Top floor AC had an issue, and he had Beyer Boys on it in a flash. Made it all a non-issue. This is our Family place from now on. Thanks, Chad !

We had an amazing stay! There were enough bedrooms for the whole family, and everything was clean and comfortable. The host was fantastic—so friendly, always quick to respond, and made everything easy from start to finish. We brought four generations together for this trip, and it was extra special watching my four-year-old grandson go fishing for the very first time right off the dock. We were even lucky enough to see dolphins swim right up to the house! The sunrises and sunsets were absolutely breathtaking, and the view couldn’t be more peaceful. It was the perfect quiet getaway. We will definitely be back!

This is our 4th year to stay at this location. We love the place because it is right on the water and we can put our kayaks in the water without having to load up and find a place to put in the water. The sunsets are beautiful. Chad is always on top of answering questions or getting things resolved if there is a problem. We hope to return next year.

Return to Rockport

Returned for our 6th straight summer with family and several couples. We bounced around before finding this house where we have stayed for the last 3 years. Clean, conveniently located, plenty of bathrooms and room to spread out. Easy access to Rockport and Goose Island. Prompt replies and clear directions from our host. Never gonna change.

Comfortable, Safe, Clean, Fun Beach House

Roomy, great living room furniture (except glass end and coffee tables). All kinds of room for fishing. From age 5 to 70 all had fun fishing. We rent beach houses yearly and this was was the cleanest ever. Host was quick and clear on communication. We will beback.a

Spacious home with private pier

Our annual siblings’ trip was once again great at this great house. The house has an excellent west view of Copano Bay. The men enjoyed fishing the entire time—the lighted pier helped in that regard. The kitchen is spacious and well stocked. We all enjoyed our visit.

Second stay

This is our second stay at this location. The house has plenty of room for our family. We enjoy the house being right on the water. We take kayaks and are able to get in the water without having to go find a place to launch our kayaks. This year we had an issue with the A/C late Tuesday evening, we called Chad and he was able to get someone to fix the A/C Wednesday morning before 10 AM.We hope to return next year.

AMAZING HOUSE & LOCATION

What an awesome trip! The house is gorgeous, master suite is huge! View of the ocean was so nice, big yard , awesome decks & pier. We caught a ton of trout , and flounder. Town was very close to go eat & shop. Will be staying there again! The host was a pleasure work with. Shannel Nicole

Copano Bay

This place worked out really well for our family of five. The weather didn't necessarily cooperate but we found things to keep us occupied. Saw some great sunsets and quite a variety of birds/ducks/pelicans. Donated a couple fishing poles, a gaff and last but not least, a can opener.

Christmas Vacation

The house has plenty of room, with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Is excellent for fishing right off the back porch or down the pier. We enjoyed our stay very much. Neighbors were very nice too!

Company Trip

This was our 2nd time staying at Chad's house. Like last year, it was a great trip! The house is perfect for our needs with a separate ground floor living area with bedrooms and one bathroom. The 2nd floor is great for gathering, making meals and hanging out! Lots of room to spread out, an awesome pier for fishing with green lights and a separate cleaning station. We are lookimg forward to booking again for our 3rd annual company trip next summer!!

July 5-8 stay

Excellent location. Grandkids really learned alot about fishing for trout under lights. Probably caught around 150 school trout during the period. Nice house with all the amenities needed. Will be back.
