Sunset Park is a 250 acre wooded park.  It has a 50 acre lake (Lake Potter) that is protected and spills into the Mississippi River.  It is also the start of the Quad Cities' 65 mile bike path that runs along the Mississippi River.
Thanks to my friend, and Trover contributor, Bill Eaker, I was able to capture this picture of an American White Pelican.  There were about 50 of these beauties hanging out at the marina.
