I booked through Expedia and chose this particular hotel bc of the pool. Nowhere did it say the pool was closed. Other hotels did. Because I booked through a third party, they couldn’t offer any discounts or future offers. The pool hadn’t recently closed, either. It had been closed since Covid. This is false advertising and makes me never want to book through a third party. Very disappointed. How can we rectify this situation?

I had read the other reviews and saw so many discouraging remarks, but decided to book here anyway. The are doing remodeling, but that did not interfere with with our stay. we had trouble with our keys and the housekeeping person let us in our room and replaced our keys for us immediately. Breakfast was very good and a variety of items. The person in charge of this was right there for anything that was needed. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed two nights and toured the Amish countryside. I would stay again .
