The bathroom is also located on the main floor and one downstairs. Over 2,000 square feet for you to enjoy. Oak hardwood floors on the entire main level. We are only 2 blocks from restaurants, Walgreens, gas station and a grocery store. We have many additional houses downtown in case this is booked.

A double-car garage is available with the house. Please park in the garage/driveway. 3 vehicles could park in the driveway besides the one in the garage.

The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator/freezer, oven/range and cooking utensils, Keurig and regular 12 cup coffee makers, small electric appliances, a pot/pan set, baking pans, glassware, cutlery, Corelle dishware, plastic dishware for kids. A basic selection of cooking spices and condiments is stocked in anticipation of your arrival.

There is a 'Smart' TV which has several apps to access YOUR personal Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other personal streaming TV accounts. There is high speed wireless internet service available throughout the house. There are alarm clocks at each bedside. Please also check out the assortment of DVDs, board games, jigsaw puzzles, toys, and books for your use, game tables are not full sized. There is central air and heating in the house. The bathroom has a full bath with shower. The master bedroom also has a Smart TV.

In the basement there is a washer and dryer for you to use. There is an iron and ironing board available for you use.

Pets are allowed in the house with prior approval and paid pet fee.

No smoking or vaping are allowed in the house. Please use the back yard if you need to smoke. We have a rental certificate to rent this home legally to you.

Check in states 4pm but most likely we will be able to get you in earlier. We will send you a message through Airbnb when the house is available for you. Internet is high speed. We have many guests who work and go to school at the house. We also have a fan.
