A unique, self-contained, Troglodyte stay with sensational views over the Loire. It includes a kitchenette, living space and private terrace. Perfect for two people, but can welcome up to four with a sofa-bed. Prices include sheets (bed made), towels & cleaning.
Rochecorbon enjoys the UNESCO World Heritage classification, it is 55 mins away from Paris via TGV, and Tours airport is 10 mins away. We are close to the A10, connecting you easily to the rest of the Loire, and France.

This troglodyte is set into the rock, snuggly hidden within the garden. This suite shows signs of its historic use as a dwelling with a traditional bread oven in the living room. The accommodation is perfect for two, but can take up to four with a foldout sofa bed (140cm). It includes a kitchenette; with a microwave, 2 ring hotplate, mini-grill, espresso machine (Tassimo), toaster and kettle, a living space with dining table and lounge area, a bedroom space with double bed (140cm), a separate bathroom, and a private terrace.

Superbe endroit, magnifique vue

Le village est très bien situe ainsi que le gîte avec une vue magnifique sur la Loire. Par contre, ce gîte est à déconseiller quand il fait froid ou humide car un troglodyte est assez humide et les soirées y sont froides. Il ne faut pas non plus vouloir y cuisiner car l’équipement est trop réduit et laisse à désirer. Donc en résumé, très bel endroit quand il fait beau et possible d’y prendre le petit déjeuner ou des plats à emporter. Nous ne regrettons pas notre séjour grâce à l’emplacement privilégié 👍

Tres bonne Premiere expérience Troglodyte; Venus en automne en famille pour quelques jours. Julie et Gregory Sont très chaleureux, le logement est très propre et joliment décoré, le jardin est superbe et la vue magnifique (orienté ouest, surplombant la Loire). Côté équipement, lits confortables, cuisine petite mais fonctionnelle et douche parfaite. A refaire

Logement atypique très bien situé

Une belle découverte que ce logement troglodyte! Sa situation est très bonne, à proximité des châteaux de la Loire. Le tout à un prix très abordable. Julie la propriétaire nous a reçu de manière très chaleureuse. Seul bémol l'humidité de l'appartement mais c'est le propre des logements troglodyte. Nous recommandons l'expérience. Elsa et Marc

Super gîte !

Nous avons été très impressionnés par ce gîte très atypique. Il a été aménagé avec beaucoup de soin et de goût. Tout y est parfaitement propre, le logement comme les draps et les serviettes. La chambre troglodytique est particulièrement jolie et donne envie de s'y prélasser. Dommage pour nous, il ne faisait pas très beau et nous n'avons pu profiter ni de la petite terrasse attenant au gîte ni du beau jardin. Julie est absolument charmante. Elle a répondu très rapidement aux différents courriels que nous lui avons adressés avant notre séjour et, sur place, elle a été à notre entière disposition pour nous fournir toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin. Si l'occasion se présente nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce gîte.
