The front desk staff was friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Despite some noise in the morning from neighbors coming and going, the hotel itself and the area were quiet.

Overall my stay was good. Only one complaint. A guest had their dog in the area of breakfast. She wasn’t asked to leave and the area wasn’t cleaned when she left out with her dog. It was NOT a service dog!

The room lacked some basics, specifically there was no note pad, stationary, or hotel labeled ball point pen. Also there was no guide to the available TV stations. The breakfast selection was a bit limited. The coffee was very good. Also, on the plus side there was a computer with internet access and a printer.

We'd recommend staying

The heat/air adjusted easily when needed. The room was completely clean, and it was ample space. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 was the night before we left, I opened the cabinet to the microwave, and noticed the handle was broken and the scent of cleaner or freshener took a few min. to get used to. Since we we're heating up food, the microwave wasn't an issue. The fridge worked well. The staff would have had no problem bringing another microwave up, if we requested. We had other family staying in another room and didn't think their coffee maker worked. The staff came right away with another, but it turned out it was user error instead of it not working. All the staff were pleasant. The breakfast had more than enough different foods for guests to enjoy. We'd recommend the staying at this hotel.
