I am trying to complain about the staff who welcomed me. I checked in at 3 PM of the check-in day. When I used a credit card with different name, the woman said, I will never take the card like that. I said, but several weeks ago, the hotel still took the card. I have only this card. Next time, I will take a new card. She said, no, it is fraud. I said I came from LA. She still said no, I understand. I said, may I talk to your boss? The woman said, no. I really don't like this. I understand you changed to a new policy, but should you have accepted the exceptional when customer did not know your new policy? This woman almost asked to me to be a homeless people in Riverside. What is this? So inhumane. Finally, she told me that I might pay at Expedia.com. But she should have told me about this at the beginning. I really don't like this experience.
