We didn't get the room we wanted (should've been a jacuzzi hot tub because the jets were broken) then the tv didn't work on superbowl sunday. We were offered another room that was dirty and smelled due to it being a smoking room. Breakfast was a sunny d and yogurt. The pool was green. They were working on updating the other rooms till 11pm (maintenance) Still waiting on the refund that I've yet to receive.

Besides the rain pouring on you as you stood in the office waiting to check in and no one there to check you in. Waiting for about 10 min ringing the bell for service. Oh it gets better as we walk to the room a group of college age kids hanging out in the walkway smoking their weed with no concern about who else was around or had to walk through them. The room was so gross! Dogs had chewed the doorways scratched up the floors and walls. The floors were so dirty and the walls filthy not to mention the drapes were so filthy and stained. I didn’t even walk half way in the room and said LETS GO!! We walked back to the front desk and canceled our room! Perfect for college kids for a cheap stay but I would NEVER recommend this place! Oh yeah they say they have a free continental breakfast that’s a big lie the health department has a sign up saying they cannot serve any food!! The Holiday Inn down the street was amazing breakfast and all!!

The room appeared to need updates but that was not the worst of the issues. The worst part was the room seemed very unsafe. I didnt get any sleep you could here people coming in and out of there rooms, people arguing and kids crying, homeless people literally fighting outside. I am pretty sure there was some illegal activity going on there. It seemed like an extended stay hotel where people were living. There was trash all over the floor outside our room the morning we left. The best way I can describe this stay was it almost seemed like a homeless hangout. I was VERY dissapointed, Days Inn did not live up to its name with this hotel. This is the first time I have stayed at a Motel Booked through Expedia where I was very dissapointed. Expedia may want to rethink this hotel on there list of hotels to stay...

Room was completely filthy, dusty like it had been cleaned In a year graffiti on the tables inside the room as well as water damage and bugs infesting the whole place, homeless coming and going as they pleased and the whole hotel just smelled awful

A decent place to stay

It is a nice place to stay and feels safe . Although I registered online on the Hotels . com website, when I checked in I was told that I had to pay $ 50.00 deposit for " incidentals " which was not mentioned on the website when I checked in so that caught me off guard .

It was cool that they were located in a spot where we can in and out of the parking area. Overall our experience was ok. Customer service was awesome, just do not think we will come back if the rooms are not going to be clean or the sheets being stained or with burn holes in them.

The floor was filthy. Microwave wasn't plugged in, short cord. Had to put it on a chair by a plug. TV's sound didn't work. We asked for help but staff never showed. There was a spot for tissue but they don't carry tissue. Shower water occasionally went ice cold during our showers.
