Everything was very nice. But the Expedia site clearly said there was a hot tub. There was not. It was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, so we were very disappointed after a long travel day to not have access to one.

The Breakfast was a big disappointment. The AC didn't work, had room set at 64 degrees and the lowest it got was 73. Not sure why i was charged 13 dollars for parking in a parking lot that was open with never seeing any security but that was a disappointment as well.

Our check in was quick and host was nice. Room was very nice and the evening snacks were awesome. But then came the night, the room was cold, temp never reached past 70 degrees and with the cold front, it was harsh especially with kids. The breakfast area in the morning was an ice box, other guest had to wear jackets at breakfast, I asked front desk and they really didn't have a response. The front main sliding doors didn't help because every time it opened a lot of cold air came through. For the high hotel rate, at least these items could be addressed better planning. Food got cold fast.

Lobby was so cold, my breakfast was cold. Loud music was playing in room next to us. It took security 45 mins to finally come up and tell them to stop w the music. My heater in the room wouldn’t get hot, turned it up to 80 and still felt cool air coming out.

our room was cold, maintenance came and said our furnace was not kicking on, front desk had the maid drop off extra comforters. I was disappointed on how they thought they took care of the situation. My 79 year old mom was cold.
