And the sunsets are magnificent over the 180 degree view of the Frio Canyon offered from this hillside home just 1 mile from Garner State Park.
This barndo style home is on ~10 acres of stereotypical hill country land. It offers a (non-heated!) swimming pool, two incredible outdoor covered spaces, perfectly placed fire pit, and a peaceful and private retreat space for friends & family.

Visit Frio Country and stay in a comfortable home with plenty of elbow room, a lovely place to go on a walk, a freshwater cool pool, and lots of room for kids to play. In the heart of Frio country - amazing views and relaxing location minutes from all the Frio river action.
