Was perfect for a night stay, had aircon, staff were very friendly, even though I don’t speak Brazilian well, we still managed to communicate properly. Was exactly what I expected for the price I paid, worth every penny

They didnt have an elevator for the 3rd floor rooms. The front desk peroson was rude when I asked if they had parking. Nobody helped to bring the suitcases up. The AC was broke There was no blankets in the bed. The shower door was broken. The light wsa broken.

Cold shower, dusty room, tiny bed and loud rooms.

Woke up every morning tithe smell of ripe sewage. Poor sound insulation and very dusty rooms. My allergies kept flaring up.

one of the few places available during the Olympics the air conditioning unit was broken but other than that room was ok and there was no English speaking staff but they were always trying to be helpful and let me leave my luggage at the front desk after checkout

Olá, gostaria de deixar aqui minha insatisfaçao com essa reserva. Na verdade, eu e minha amiga desistimos de dormir no hotel, por conta da precariedade das acomodacoes, falta de organização na repeçao dos hospedes e mau atendimento do funcionario. Ao chegarmos ao hotel, o recepcionista nao possuia os dados da nossa reserva e precisei mostrar a ele o e-mail que o expedia mandou-me para confirmar a reserva. Depois disso, o recepcionista mandou mensagem para um outro funcionario, dizendo que ele havia feito nossa reserva de forma errada, uma vez que ele deixou um quarto com cama de casal para mim e para minha amiga, sendo que nos haviamos reservado um quarto com duas camas de solteiro. Nao bastasse a deselegancia dessa discussao entre os funcionarios, o atendente nos deu a opcao de dormir em um quartinho, com duas camas, ao lado da recepcao, cozinha, e ao lado de outro quartinho de despejo. O quartinho oferecido era minusculo, não cabia duas pessoas e alem disso fedia a urina. Falamos com o recepcionista que nao dava para ficarmos ali e ele ofereceu um quarto com cama de casal. Mas a cama de casal era minuscula, nao cabia duas pessoas para dormir com o minimo de dignidade. Tudo isso demorou muito para se desenrolar, estavamos cansadas. Solicitamos o extorno da reserva, mas o recepcionista aduziu que nao podia devolver. Entao saimos do hotel, com as malas na mao e fomos para outro lugar, onde tivemos que pagar novamente. Gostaria de ser ressarcida, é possivel? Ou devo procurar
