Pode melhorar

Quando fui fazer o check in informaram que havia papel higiênico, toalhas, roupa de cama, porém havia apenas uma toalha, sendo que eram 4 hóspedes, e no contrato falava que se eu pedisse mais toalha ou roupa de cama pagava a mais. Tinha alguns edredons, porem estava sujo, de coisa que prefiro não falar... o apartamento tinha um cheiro de mofo, quem tem alergia sofre com isso, o filtro do ar condicionado parece não trocar a anos.
