The property was beautiful and so very peaceful. Although we were given the code to the house, the code to gate to get to the property was not provided and we had to call to get it (not sure if that’s standard but that’s the only glitch experienced). Overall, we all had a great stay.

We had such a comfortable stay in Duncan. The house was clean, pet friendly and the bed was amazing. It made our whole weekend so much fun and felt like home. We would definitely book this house again. Thank you for a delightful getaway.

This is a working man's Hotel it's clean it's a little older but for the money it's about the best stays you're going to find around Duncan for sure and for Fort Worth or Dallas for that matter
