It is advertised that there’s a pool. The pool is not open, we booked the property for the pool and the closeness to Parris Island. Our first morning near the cleaning staff came into swap out our towels and never shut our door. We were with our marine all day and didn’t get back until late at night so who knows how long our door was opened or if anyone went in our room

Sheets had stains, shower curtain had mold on the bottom, there were long black hairs in our bathroom and on the towels, vent in the bathroom didn’t work so it was incredibly stuffy when showering, shower walls had not been cleaned, orange juice at breakfast had black around the lid. Hotel was in good shape, staff was friendly and knowledgeable, Info says there is a pool, there is one but it is empty and not serviceable. We were looking for a hotel with a pool😡 Breakfast is very lacking, nothing like expected. Dry cereal and frozen sausage biscuits. It worked but wasn’t what was expected.
