We visited the area for a concert at Smart Financial Centre. It was a short Friday evening to Sunday morning trip. We thought the location of this house was great. It was close enough to the Brazos Bend State Park that we did 11 miles of walking between an evening and moring trip. The concert venue in Sugarland was a easy drive. The house was comfortable and stocked with everything you needed.
