Bathroom door was not closing, AC was noisy, loud neighbors, water flow was very slow but not terrible. Room smells like smoke and seems like was not sensitized for a long time. Staff was good, helpful and treating guest with smile and respect.

Very quiet, clean, and comfortable. If it is compared with big brand hotels for a 10, then this hotel would be a 6 because the room is very small. Otherwise, this hotel would be 10/10.

Amenities were not open. Breakfatst was not included even though it stated it. Pool was closed for the season. Alot of noice from the workers could have been due to the location of the room. Howevee. Seems like theee are homeless people in the parking lot.

I reserved a room with a queen size bed. I was given a room with two beds and told to put both beds together. I refuse the room I was given a second room with one bed issue peak hole on the door missing any body that walks the hallway was able to look inside a room I was given a third room Issue with opening the door check out was at 11:00 am room service came in the room while I was sleeping with my wife at nine in the morning to clean the room checkout was at 11:00 am too much noise hanging out in the parking lot till three in the morning also at nine in the morning, a lot of hanging out and a lot of noise I believe this hotel is being used for a shelter I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Beware if you do get a room at this hotel I would never come back.

Overall it was decent mainly because everything worked as it should but looked like it needed some renovation. The carpets felt a little moist, wall panels were peeling off, some of the wall/floor trim boards weren't connected properly. The last thing, the pool was not functioning.

We made a reservation through Expedia for 2 Executive Studio suites. In Expedia, the Executive Studio suite sleeps 3 persons. I called the hotel after making the booking to ask if it meant there was a sleeping sofa in addition to the bed. They said no, that I had booked 2 standard rooms with one bed in each. I then book another room in a separate reservation, also through Expedia. At check-in, the lady told us that we only have 2 rooms booked, and that she found no other reservation. After a while, she finally found it and issued a key. When we entered the room, we found out that the room as occupied by someone and his/her belongings are all over the place. We went back to the front desk and got another key, this time to an empty room. There was no apologies nor expression of regret from the front desk. We slept with the doors dead bolted because we were not assured someone would be issued a key to enter our room.

Run, don’t walk!!!

The daily “10/10” reviews are totally fake - they must be paying the residents of this flop house to write these. This place is horrendous- run fast, don’t walk. Disgusting, unsafe, and completely falsely advertised in the pictures. Those pictures are from its former life as a real hotel. It now serves as a social services housing for permanent residents and entire families. Loud parties at 3am in the rooms, children running around in the hallways, rando’s lingering outside around the property at all hours. I had a reservation for 2 nights to attend a wedding in the area, but ended up abandoning the 2nd night with no refund. I didn’t even care about the money, I wasn’t about to stay there another night. I’m just glad we survived. Definitely not at “10/10” - more like a thousand thumbs down.
