Nice hotel and friendly staff. Unfortunately the hotel charges 5 € for a bathrobe. That is new and unusual for a hotel with a pool and a spa area.

It was clean and the staff were very helpful. The location was perfect and it had a great view to the Köln Dom.

The hotel location was excellent as were the facilities, however I was disappointed that the bar was only open 1 night during my visit. The rest of the amenities were very good including the room and the staff.
