Is the great location in a nice hotel. The customer service is as good as it can be. However, they could use extra service staff to help with Baggs coordination of events, etc. it seems they are a little understaffed.

Good value for skiing at Revelstoke. I thought the free breakfast was good, hot tub for after skiing, and free shuttle to the mountain if you need it. Only downside is that it’s a little ways to bars and restaurants in CAs you don’t have a car. Would definitely stay there again.
