Great location and restaurant available in the area. The room was not vacuum well. Dog hair on carpet and sofas. Washer and dryer full of dog hair. One shower was not cleaned. Patio was filthy like someonw puked on the floor.

Check in went well. Asked one of the three folks standing at the concierage desk about the spa and was told 'I dont know, go check with them'. Puke in the elevator, several spilled drinks at the pool area. Several items did not work in room (sent someone up to fix...did not get rectified). Not a user friendly resort. If you're in a building far from.the pool area, pack a lunch before you go. Overall disappointment.

Enjoyed the stay overall. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. We had a nice view of the hill. Pool and hot tubs were great, although lack of seating/space but I guess to be expected to be over crowded on a long weekend. We stayed 3 nights, and at no point did the cleaning team come by to make beds or drop off towels even when I requested this. My biggest complaint was the door to our room was sooo jammed up, I could never open it. My husband or father in law literally had to body check the door to get in which was super inconvenient. We called and asked my maintenance to come by to have a look but yet again, no one came by. The funny thing is we checked out at 9:30am our final day and we got a phone call around 1pm from the hotel asking if we were still in the room because they couldn’t get in. I laughed and told them best of luck, and reminded them we asked for maintenance to look at the door but no one bothered showing up. Hopefully they get that door fixed for room 1411 before the next family arrives!!!

Nice room but definite needs updating. Pillows on the bed were so fat, they were impossible to sleep on so we slept with none. Stains on the couch pillows, shower didn’t drain well. But food was great at Rockford Bar and the location was good.
