Very nice area and property provides all essentials expected in a mountain resort. Construction beside the hotel was noticeable but being in the rear of the townsite made it bearable for sure.

First time checking out Revelstoke and I’m happy I stayed here! Staff were helpful and polite. The suite were clean and had everything we needed for the week. Outdoor pool was great but the jacuzzi in Building 1 needed cleaning and the views were obstructed by the construction. I would recommend the elevators have a deodorizer. The views from the 8th floor in Building 2 were great!

We brought our dogs here. Stayed in room 2225 (main floor) outside our room was the green space, it was super convient to get to. The room was amazing. They had dog bowls and dog beds, super pet friendly. Would 1000% stay here again without question.

We had a wonderful stay! Every staff member was warm and welcoming, and the whole place was spotless and bright. The restaurant service was excellent, and we loved that the pool and hot tub stayed open until 10 p.m. – very convenient for families. Our kids didn’t want to leave and kept asking to stay longer. We’ll definitely come back for a longer visit next time!

The Sutton Place was a great place to stay! The spacious rooms and good room service options made my stay very comfortable. The mattress in my room was awful. It was either so soft or so past its best before date that I had a terrible sleep and had to have a back massage the next day. I told hotel staff about this when I checked out and they said that they would have someone look at it. They never got back to me and didn’t otherwise seem that concerned about it.
