Adding to the disappointment, the washing machine advertised in the listing photos is nowhere to be found on the premises. This is a direct discrepancy between what was presented at the time of booking and the actual facilities available upon arrival — a misleading representation that materially affected the decision to book this property. "Really handy for the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The freebies were much appreciated and I loved that I had a kettle in the room. My own issue was that the bed was really high and being just 5’ 2” I struggled to get in and out of it."
