Really handy for the station. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The freebies were much appreciated and I loved that I had a kettle in the room. My own issue was that the bed was really high and being just 5’ 2” I struggled to get in and out of it.

We arrived Dec 24th to check in, only to find out that I made the reservation for the 25th by mistake!! This could have been a disaster but the front desk agent really helped us out. He was able to get us rooms that evening and to cancel the room for the next night, even though we had passed the deadline. He was so very helpful! The rooms were very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast had many offerings. Additionally, the location was very convenient for us.

Excellent service and accommodation! We greatly appreciated the managers attention to detail along with her personal assistance and care provided. At the front desk, Laura was more than helpful in getting us situated and feeling comfortable while visiting our son who is in university.
