"My family absolutely enjoyed their stay at the Westin. They treated us amazing. Excellent customer service my son absolutely enjoyed this day and his time at the kids club. We love the pool and the beach all the amenities that were available to us like kayak, paddleboard and snorkeling I took a bike ride through one of their hiking trails and it was absolutely amazing. You will see a bunch of animals like like monkeys on the property, which was an added bonus, the beach is phenomenal, and most of the restaurants were a wonderful experience, which was surprising for an all inclusive."

"Check in was walking into front door, could not have been easier. Property and the lovely housekeeper were perfect. We enjoyed the resort property and restaurants but ventured out quite a bit as well. Property is close to sailing, fishing surfing, shopping and hiking. Highly recommend getting golf cart or car rental. Great house and great management."

"I stayed at Conchal on my first & last day in Costa Rica. The staff at Conchal are exceptional! They go above & beyond to ensure you're comfortable & well taken care of. They were also very flexible with check in times. The shuttle service to and from the airport was seamless & communication from the hotel was great. The Costa Rican breakfast included was so delicious & the drinks made by the fabulous bartender Mr. X were amazing! Jennifer at Reception is phenomenal. She arranged a catamaran & snorkel tour for me with lunch and transportation to & from the hotel included. The rooms are cozy, A/C was perfect & pool is nice. The greetings from the moneys & Iguanas around the property were unforgettable. 100% would stay here again. "
