There were always the same people hanging out in the lobby who appeared to be friends with the night time desk clerk. Not professional at all. Gave the impression he was letting them use the hotel as a flop house. They would also eat breakfast in the dining area before 7:00 am breakfast started. You get what you pay for on this one.would not go back.

The breakfast needs improvement from a quality and options point of view. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. The biggest plus for us was that they were pet friendly (cat and dogs are welcomed)

I will NEVER stay at this property again! Renting rooms for the night? I would have never booked here if I knew residents were allowed to hang out in the lobby, using the little space there was!!! Worst experience ever in a hotel and ive stayed in plenty!!

This was the worst experience of my life at this hotel. I felt like I was being watched/followed when I got there. Got in the room,beds were nicely made but uncomfortable. The bathroom was disgusting! Hair in the tub,drains were draining very slow,chucks of hair and dirt on the baseboards in the bathroom. Horrible lighting. Cobwebs were around the AC unit. They have a pool and jacuzzi yes but couldn't even use my key to get in there,front desk had to let me in. Please save your piece of mind,DONT go there! Then lastly,when my family left I was not greated with a friendly have a safe trip or thanks for the stay. I wish I would of took pictures!!!!!

Wastebasket hadn’t been emptied. Lamp didn’t work. Only 2 towels for a 2night stay!! Handle on the back outside door was broke off. Breakfast was excellent. Desk clerks were very friendly. Good shower head.

The place was damp, smelly, musty,. The room smelled, but I was exhausted so I didn’t leave. There was banging all night long. It was not a quiet place to stay and I’m sure this was no fault of theirs but the police and ambulance were there at 1 o’clock in the morning taking someone out. The only saving grace was the pool and sauna.

The first room we stayed in was quite dirty and there was a very strong mildew smell, i assume it was from the air conditioning the carpet was very wet under the unit. We got in very late so the next morning i talked to the desk clerk and explained the situation. She was very kind and switched us to a different room right away. The second room we stayed in was clean and very comfortable. The hotel just needs some updating and a good cleaning but the staff was very nice and it was quiet
