This is one of the best hotels in Seattle. An iconic hotel that has kept up with the times. Amazing staff, great rooms, and is so convenient to the best Seattle has to offer. And, great nearby dining options. I stayed in a suite with my two sons, and it was perfect.

The hotel is very nice the staff is very friendly and on top of everything. The only thing is the rooms needs a little upgrade. The wallpaper in the bathroom are old and dirty . There was some scratches on the furniture and walls , kind of felt like it’s was a 3 star room instead of 5 star

Grand Hotel in Not Grand City

The Fairmont in Seattle is a beautiful historic hotel. We had a huge suite and great stay. Historic Olympic bar is great and hidden cocktail behind book cases is very cool. Good location at nicer end of city, the rest of the city is half empty and full of drug addict homeless people. I wouldn’t even recommend walking it in the day let alone evening. Spent a day out at Bellevue and it was much nicer.

Low shower pressure

Shower pressure was very low. It was hard to take shower in that pressure. Rest assured it is a nice hotel Leen at reception was very kind and helpful. All attractions are walking distance. I wish they had good shower pressure as well.

I recently had the opportunity to celebrate my 11th wedding anniversary at your hotel, and I regret to inform you that our experience fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, I was drawn to the hotel's online presentation, which led me to believe we would enjoy a luxurious stay. Unfortunately, the view from our junior suite was disappointing, overlooking the neighboring rooms rather than offering a scenic vista. Additionally, the linens appeared unclean, as they bore an odor suggesting they had not been properly laundered. When we requested fresh sheets and towels from the front desk, we encountered delays that ultimately required a follow-up call after an hour and a half, during which time we were unable to settle in comfortably. Furthermore, the suite itself presented several issues. The couch displayed multiple stains and appeared to be in need of a thorough cleaning. Additionally, the bathtub's drain was malfunctioning, making it difficult to enjoy a shower. Given these circumstances, I was particularly disheartened that no follow-up communication occurred from the management, despite being informed that someone would reach out regarding my experience. Overall, this stay did not meet the standards I had anticipated and, regrettably, has impacted our anniversary celebration. I hope that sharing this feedback will assist in addressing these concerns for future guests. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
