I would like a refund from this property as they would not honor the reservation and I ended up having to stay at the Marriott down the street and I have my receipt for that and it was well over $400 so I would appreciate you refunding this, and the man behind the counter was extremely rude and he seemed like he was sleeping

Not Quality inn.

The place was run down it looked like a different place in pictures. Shower drain wasn't attracted to anything just sitting over a hole. Shower floor tiles were very uneven. Heating unit was very loud and made it hard to sleep. Closet door wouldn't shut because it was so worpt . The door to the you could see light to outside. And hard to open and close . Wouldn't close unless you pulled it shut. Quality inn should be embarrassed to have there name on it.

Never ever again

I wouldn’t even recommend this hotel to worst enemy! The first room that was given smelled of stale cigarettes and the air was stagnant! The housekeeper acted as if I was going to steal towels when I requested fresh ones! Upon requesting a late check out the housekeeper could be heard in the background giving her displeasure to the clerk. They also say no dogs but someone had a dog with them running in the hallway on no leash! Never again.
