This was my second stay at this location and I couldn’t have asked for better service… Brendan is AMAZING! During each stay, Brendan went well beyond the call of duty. We booked our rooms through a third party and requested special accommodations for my father. Although the hotel was sold out and our type of accessible room was not available, prior to our arrival, Brendan ensured that our room was set up to accommodate the necessary accessibility my father required! Thank you to both Brendan and Maintenance for making our stay comfortable and exceptional and enjoyable! We will definitely return for repeat stays! Brendan deserves recognition for a phenomenal job well done! 😊

The hotel was perfect. The staff very respectful, helpful and always with a big smile. The room we stayed was really great (403). We requested a quite room, away from the elevator noise and the laundry services. Everything worked well.
