I read the reviews and remained optimistic. I arrived with my two teenage daughters ( their first concert) just in time to witness a crackhead being thrown out of the hotel. We got to our room and the door key card didn't work. When we finally got in the room it reeked of cigarette smoke, the bedspreads and sheets were covered in cigarette burns and the towels and bathroom left a lot to desire. 4 times in total the room key did not work. There was more activity after 1am than there was all day. The chambermaid actually entered our room at 9am and turned on the light. I confirmed we were there, sleeping and she left, leaving the door open. Promptly at 11am, there was a loud knock at the door announcing checkout. Scary place.
