overall, the stay worked out for all involved, thanks to the front desk "guy" who wanted to make sure our stay was not only safe, but also comfortable. These ongoing and fluctuating covid19 restrictions, however, make many accomodations undesirable, due to having no breakfast and limited condiments available for coffee or tea. the only part i find deceiving is the picture that is showing here...the 360 panoramic view makes the lobby appear to be more appealing than it actually is, and because of this, i did not recall that i had stayed here before.

The room looked good at first. But it had not been vacuumed before we got there. The floors has not been mopped. In the restroom had a bottle top on the floor. There was several hairs in the tub. I told the front desk. He was going to have it done the next day. It was not. When checking out was told front desk that because of COVID 19 they did not clean daily. I informed them it was not cleaned before we got there.

This place was nasty. The first room we had upon check in was 309 and it was very dirty and smelled really bad of cat or dog piss, it had no microwave or fridge, the chair had some kind of sauce on it the carpet was dirty. It was just horrible and i will never pay $ 67.00 again for a minute in that place or any red roof hotels again. It was the worst 1 night i ever had.

When got to the hotel the entire place had a strange odor. When we got to our room trash was all over the floor. We then checked our bed how we normally do in any place we stay and there was a condom wrapper under the sheets. We told the staff and they placed us in a new room, it was better and it didn’t smell. It smelt clean. Then later that night we killed a ROACH crawling across our floor. We had to go to the front desk for new towels because room service never came and gave new ones. They never came for trash either.

I didn't like the elevator at all! Seemed to be really old and took forever to open once you reached the floor that you needed.

There is not really much that I liked about this place but it wasn't terrible. However, the bathtub was stained so bad that I didn't want to use it. Also, there was no microwave, no fridge, no coffee machine, and no hair dryer even though all of that was supposed to be in this room. The bed wasn't very comfortable either. It was not worth the money I paid for it.

We had a two-night stay at this location and from the get-go, horrible. Bed spread and sheets were stained, the room had holes all in the wall and most importantly bees. So many dead bees inside of our room. We noticed a bunch of them flying right outside our window. Assuming the flew in through the ac unit. Totally not worth the stay. Experience overall was dirty, regretful, disgusting and a waste. How can someone not care about their guest stay conditions? Completely baffled.
