Please note - Towing (at owners expense) is enforced for cars that do not have a parking pass! No refunds will be provided for guests that do not follow these instructions.

Weekend in Raleigh

My wife and I and another couple came to Raleigh to see a concert. We wanted to stay near downtown. This place was perfect. It was an easy 10 minute rideshare to the entertainment area downtown. Then nice to come back to a quiet neighborhood. Speaking of the neighborhood, it seems to be one in transition. Many of the houses have been renovated. As it was November, the tree lined streets made it a very pretty area. Host was not only very responsive but left some "housewarming" gifts for us. If I make it back to Raleigh will definitely stay here again.
