Front desk staff was courteous. Really nice person and attitude. The only downside was the deposit of a hundred dollars required for the room because I paid for the reservation thru Expedia. The kicker is that they actually charge your card and then tell you they will issue a credit in 3-5 days. Seems kinda bad it takes 3-5 days to credit my card, when it took less than 3-5 seconds to charge the transaction.
