Property was quite old - pool area dirty and pool was to be heated - heated to 76 degrees only - most heated pools are 80-82 -so very chilly No hot tub - big hole Breakfast was decent selection - no daily housekeeping if staying for more than one day you ask front desk for needed items

The property was pleasant enough. However, the carpet in every area I visited, was in dire need of cleaning. Additionally, the hot tub in the pool area was out of service.

I booked the stay for my son who was traveling and had his wallet stolen. I put it in his name and paid for the room in full. When he got there they refused him. I would love to be able to take to someone at that hotel not someone who just books the rooms! I pause the insurance and hopefully get my money back! I'm very upset.
