I mean honestly you get what you pay for, the room was clean as long as you don't mind roaches coming in from the AC. The staff was friendly and helpful. Its in a downtown location near several gas stations, stores and restaurants.

Also, they have about 3 or 4 smashed penny machines, so bring all your change for that! Carter caves feels like my home away from home, and I love everything about it,"
